Unit Owner Registration

Ohio law mandates that within thirty (30) days of ownership, the Owner must notify the Association of the home address, home and business mailing addresses, and the home and business telephone numbers of the Unit Owner and all occupants of the unit. The Unit Owner is also required to notify the Association within thirty days after a change in any of this information.

Exterior Improvements

Exterior alterations (e.g., storm doors, lighting, satellite dish, landscaping,...) require prior written approval. Be sure to include plans, drawings and/or literature with the application. For your convenience, the unit owners' name, address, phone number, email address, description and estimated date of completion are all fill-able form fields. Before you print the form, simply tab through the fields and type in the information. Sign and date the completed form and then mail it, along with any supporting documentation, to the address listed on the form.
