Welcome to Woods at Polaris Condominiums! We are a preferred community in an ideal location, with residents who are neighborly and congenial. Whether you are a current resident or are planning to relocate here, we hope our website is helpful to you. Facts

The Woods at Polaris is a private condominium community for which construction began in 2004. It consists of 124 units grouped in 31 buildings. Each unit has two or three bedrooms, a sunroom and an attached garage.

We are a friendly community located in southern Delaware County. The neighborhood is peaceful and well kept. Convenient access to I-71 and I-270 makes it easy to reach Columbus and the surrounding communities.

The Woods at Polaris clubhouse is available for meetings and social purposes. Clubhouse amenities include a full kitchen, fireplace, a well equipped fitness center, covered patio and an adjacent in-ground pool.

From I-71 (Exit 121) go west on Polaris Parkway about 1.5 mile (past the Polaris Fashion Mall) to S. Old State Rd. Turn right (north) onto Old State and, at the first light, turn right (east) onto E. Powell Rd. Go about .5 mile and, at the entrance to the Woods at Polaris Condominiums, turn right (south) onto Abbey Orchard.
