Thanks to everyone who attended the annual owners meeting on Tuesday night....it was a great turnout. A special thank you to the Welcome Committee for arriving early to greet everyone and hand out directories. I want to recognize and thank out-going Board of Directors members, Jan Hoover and Wayne Jenkins, for their service on the board and to the community. It is much appreciated.
I also welcome and congratulate Fran Porter and Jan Broughton on becoming our new Board members. I thank them both for their willingness to serve the community. They join current board members John Hall, Glenn Myres, Pat Stegman and myself.

There have been a number of residents asking if we will be holding a community garage sale and the answer is yes!! The date for this has been set for Friday, June 19th and Saturday, June 20th (there is an optional preview night on Thursday for just residents). It will be the same format and time as last year. The 2026 March WAP Directory that was handed out at the Annual Meeting is in the process of being revised. A new copy will be coming out soon.
Our WAP neighbor, Police Officer Jim Parsons, will present a program about identity theft and scams and how to protect ourselves. It will be held in the Clubhouse on Thursday, April 30 at 7pm. The Social Committee will provide dessert. Please plan to join us.

The WAP Declaration has been updated to include the Insurance Amendment that was passed by the WAP owners.
